The buildings are built with solid concrete & rebar construction where you could lift the roof and could build a second story on top of each villa doubling occupancy at minimum cost. Changing it from a resort that sleeps 48 to 96 visitors.
House:
A small driveway takes you behind the villas and restaurant to what has been used as the owners’ house. A beautiful 3 bedroom / 1.5 bath home that provides you with the option of living on site while managing the hotel, or using it as additional revenue for weekly rentals. Additional Employee housing is located on site with 2 separate bedrooms and shared bath.

Clandestino has a unique commercial water filtration system using osmosis to purify all water that is used within the resort in a 25,000 liter water tank.
