The Hills of Portalon, a coveted community in the mountains over looking the nicest stretch of beach for miles and miles. Portalon is the next boom area of the southern Pacific coastline of Costa Rica. The paved pacific coast road gives you quick access from the local airport in Quepos and is the only thing separating you from the vast farm land views and ocean beyond. Local residents love that this is not a high density area and worth the 15 to 20 minute drive to regional airport, large grocery stores, banks, etc. The local restaurants are quaint, cozy and serve the traditional fare Costa Rica is know for with a selection of a few culinary masters offering some delicious fusion cooking.
