About Me

Mark Dalton is an entrepreneur and visionary with more than 35 years of knowledge and experience in developing and managing professional sales teams, product development and unique solutions. His professional journey began in the late 70`s with DJ&A/Intel-Cal, a telecom firm that became the No.1 contender against AT&T through Marks creation of a national sales force out of New York, Miami, Las Vegas and San Francisco and the establishment of over 5,000 distribution points nationwide.

Afterwards Mark introduced casting equipment into Florida’s healthcare market for Cutter Biomedical and under his direction the company became the top contender to industry-leader 3M. Five years later, through IMED, Mark established and developed a Dealer network for all South Florida accounts and introduced them to the uncharted markets of Central and South America. In 1992 he founded the Wellness Professional Group where he recruited and trained 3000 distributors worldwide to introduce a 27- product wellness portfolio. Meanwhile his personal annual distributions averaged 15 million; his sales system is still being used today.

Marks latest ventures came through the real estate, management and property consulting fields in Florida and Costa Rica with total Real Estate sales in excess of 50 million dollars. This experience strengthened his already proficient sales capacity and led him to create client satisfaction programs, brand awareness strategies and powerful Broker networks in and between the US and Latin America. Finally, Mark created the No.1 and No.2 rated restaurants in the tourist-driven town of Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica called Gabriella’s Steak Seafood & Pasta (www.gabriellassteakhouse.com) and Victoria`s Gourmet. What started as an idea to develop closer relationships with potential real estate buyers is today a Costa Rican destination and the spring-board for Real Estate clients.

Now with the rapidly growing real estate market and countless request from both seller and buyers through his restaurants, Mark has chosen once again to address the real estate demand by opening a state of the art Real Estate company in Manuel Antonio – Costa Rica Luxury Real Estate (www.crlre.com). Currently CRLRE is the leader in new real estate developments and has a worldwide marketing reach through its proprietary database of 882,000 Brokers.

Mark is happily married to Ms. Gladis Galindo Dalton, has two precious daughters, Victoria and Gabriella and three wonderful sons David, John and Ryan.
