Finding the secret of living where people vacation, was one of the secrets in life that Jon discovered early in his career. Before relocating to Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica; he spent 10 years in the famous Cayman Islands. An Island filled with finance, business and tourism he accelerated through his studies in Business Administration and dove in the sales market working the entire region of Grand Cayman.

Though years of annual vacations to Manuel Antonio, with countless comparison to the islands he called home, Jon decided to move to a Costa Rica. Seeing similar trends in the marketplace as the Caymans he knew that Manuel Antonio was an area that would continue to flourish and be economical stable to continue down a successful path.
